RULES OF REGISTRATION
All athletes of the highest competitive category of a WDSF National Member Body are eligible to participate. There’s no limit to the number of competitors.

Registration Fee:
- Jazz Dance: 30 EUR/dancer
- Modern and Contemporary Dance: 30 EUR/dancer
- Showdance Stage: 30 EUR/dancer

Starting fee is paid by each NMB through invoice that will be sent out by organizer.

MUSIC FILES
All music must be uploaded to the site during the registration by 25.04.2025 at the latest!
- Music files must be in mp3, mp4 audio or flac format, 10MB max.
- Music files must be in good quality and correct length
- All team captains must have a backup of all music on USB,a safety if needed.

Dancers E-card:
All dancers need an E-card (license) valid for 2025

The dance floor will be a high-quality ballet floor.
DIMENSION OF DANCE FLOOR: 12meters x 18meters

PHOTO & VIDEO & LIVESTREAMING
The competitions will be documented by accredited photographers.
Polish DanceSport Federation (PZST) owns the right to all photos and videos from the competition.

LIVESTREAMING: livestreaming from competition will be available. We will publish the link for the live stream on social networks.

TRAVEL

2. Transport from Gdansk Airport to Elbląg - we would like to inform you that the Organizer helps to organize transport ONLY from Gdansk Airport (please consider it booking your flight).

3. Please note that transfers between the hotel and the airport are available for a fee of €10.00 per person (one way) or €15.00 per person (in both directions).

Travelling by train will change in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz. First, you should take SKM (Fast City Train) and then train directly to Elbląg.
